L'ESTIC, located in the town of Saint Dizier, in the Haute Marne department, is a school complex that includes a middle school, a general and technological high school, a vocational high school, and a higher education center offering two BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) programs in initial training or work-study, as well as an apprenticeship training unit.
The school has nearly 1,100 students from 6th gradeth at the BTS, about a hundred teachers and some 35 employees in the school life services, services, secretarial and accounting, and supervision. The ESTIC welcomes middle schoolers, high schoolers, university students, and apprentices in day, half-board, and boarding programs.

Following Don Bosco, we place young people at the center of our educational project, earning their trust to guide them in their growth. This humanistic dynamic leads us to extend our interactions with a Christian and interreligious aim. Everyone, believer or not, should be able to find a suitable spiritual proposal. The realm of spirituality begins as soon as one reflects on one's life.
The building housing the gym at 1are floor and the cafeteria on the ground floor are dilapidated and not insulated. For nearly 60 years, it has welcomed many young people, but it is obsolete today.
Our project: implementing the energy renovation of the gymnasium and...
And the creation of a home with its cafeteria for high school and boarding school students. The modernization of the dining area middle school students will also be conducted to allow students of the institution to have a real break during their lunch.
Upon reopening, young people will be able to enjoy an 800 m² gymnasium with all the necessary equipment, including a dojo and a weight room.
The cafeteria is designed to welcome young people at lunchtime (including outdoors on nice days) and also for quiet breaks or study time. There will also be a lounge area with foosball and other fun equipment for relaxing and having fun. The entire space has been designed with modern and inviting furniture.
The college cafeteria has been redesigned with the new provider to raise awareness among young people about food waste, aiming for zero waste. The goal is to make them autonomous and responsible, thereby enabling families to manage the cost of half-board more easily.
Soundproofing work on the floor and ceiling will create a more welcoming and peaceful environment for everyone.
Our educational project is based on the following principle: «Every young person deserves to be cared for.». Our project therefore contributes to the well-being of our students in sports and in their free time dedicated to meals.
We especially thank the families, partners, and companies of ESTIC for their support.
